Breast augmentation increases volume and improves shape using implants. Breast reduction removes excess tissue to relieve the physical symptoms of disproportionately large breasts. A breast lift (mastopexy) repositions and reshapes existing tissue without adding volume.

We also treat gynaecomastia (male breast reduction), and carry out both implant removal and implant replacement for patients whose existing implants have aged, ruptured or simply no longer suit them.
